At ExploreHills.in, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• 30 days or more before departure – 10% of total booking amount

• 15–29 days before departure – 30% of total booking amount

• 7–14 days before departure – 50% of total booking amount

• Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of total booking amount (No Refund)

 

Note: Refund eligibility is subject to the package type and advance payment terms.

 

2. No-Show Policy

 

If a participant does not report on the departure date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

 

3. Cancellation by Explore Hills

 

We reserve the right to cancel a trek due to:

•Weather conditions

•Natural disasters

•Government restrictions

•Insufficient participants

•Safety concerns

 

In such cases, customers may choose:

• Full refund, OR

• Rescheduling to a future date

 

4. Refund Process

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
