Trek to Yulla Kanda Krishna Temple & Alpine Lake

Distance: 12 km (one way) | Duration: 5–6 hours | Altitude: 12,000 ft. Begin the trek early in the morning. The trail ascends gradually through dense pine and deodar forests before opening up into breathtaking alpine meadows. Reach the sacred Krishna Temple of Yulla Kanda — believed to be one of the highest Krishna temples in the world — perched at 12,000 ft beside a pristine alpine lake. Explore the temple, take in the panoramic views, watch the sunset over snow-capped peaks, enjoy dinner at the campsite, and spend a magical night under the stars.

04Day

Descent & Return to Delhi

Distance: Trek + Drive | Duration: Full day. Wake up to a serene Himalayan sunrise and enjoy breakfast before beginning the descent back to Yulla Village. Take in the mountain views one last time as you retrace the trail through forests and meadows. Depart from Yulla Village and begin the return journey to Delhi via Shimla. Overnight travel with arrival in Delhi the next morning.
