At ExploreHills.in, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and traveler-friendly while ensuring smooth trek operations.
Cancellation by Customer
- 30 days or more before departure – 10% of total booking amount
- 15–29 days before departure – 30% of total booking amount
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of total booking amount (No Refund)
Note: Refund eligibility is subject to package type and advance payment terms.
No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not report on the departure date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Explore Hills
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient participants
- Safety concerns
In such cases, customers may choose a full refund or reschedule to a future date.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
