01Day

Delhi to Joshimath

Distance: Approx. 500 km drive | Duration: 12–14 hours | Altitude: ~6,150 ft. Begin your journey from Delhi in the evening or night. Enjoy a scenic drive through Rishikesh, Devprayag, Dhari Devi, and Rudraprayag — witnessing the beauty of the Garhwal Himalayas along the way. Reach Joshimath by evening, check into the hotel, relax, and enjoy beautiful mountain views. Dinner included.

02Day

Joshimath to Auli to Chopta

Distance: Approx. 150 km drive | Duration: 7–8 hours | Altitude: ~8,790 ft. After breakfast, drive to Auli and explore its stunning snow viewpoints and panoramic Himalayan landscapes. Optional ropeway/cable car activities available. Enjoy spectacular views of Nanda Devi before continuing the drive to Chopta — the Mini Switzerland of India. Arrive at the campsite or hotel for overnight stay with a warm bonfire session (weather dependent). Dinner included.

03Day

Chopta to Tungnath Temple & Chandrashila Summit Trek

Distance: Approx. 10–12 km trek | Duration: 6–7 hours | Altitude: 12,000 ft. Wake up early and begin the trek toward Tungnath Temple. The trail is around 3.5–4 km one way and passes through scenic alpine meadows with stunning mountain backdrops. Visit the world's highest Shiva temple and continue the optional climb to Chandrashila Summit for breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Nanda Devi, Chaukhamba, and Trishul peaks. Return to Chopta for dinner and overnight stay.

04Day

Chopta to Deoriatal Lake & Return to Delhi

Distance: Approx. 4.6 km trek + drive | Duration: Full day | Altitude: ~7,999 ft. Drive to Sari Village and begin the peaceful trek to Deoriatal Lake. Marvel at the crystal-clear reflections of the Chaukhamba and surrounding Himalayan peaks in the lake's still waters — a paradise for photographers. After exploring the lake, trek back to Sari and begin the return journey to Delhi. Reach Delhi late night carrying unforgettable memories of the Garhwal Himalayas.
