Auli is located in Uttarakhand, a north Indian state with Himalayan ski resorts. In addition to coniferous and oak forests, there are mountain ranges such as Nar Parvat and Nanda Devi around the area. Auli is connected to Joshimath by a long cable car. There are two Hindu pilgrimage sites north of Auli, the colorful Badrinath Temple and the Valley of Flowers National Park, which has alpine vegetation and wildlife including snow leopards and red foxes.

Overview - Auli Chopta Trek Package, Uttarakhand​

Auli is one of the jewels of Joshimath for those who love snow and winter sports.With a distance of approximately 500 km from Delhi, it can be a great weekend getaway.India’s most notable ski destination is Auli, which offers the best skiing conditions from December to March.It takes 14 km to travel from Joshimath to Auli by road.Whatever the case may be, it is increasingly commendable that you can take a gondola link vehicle to reach the thick, snow-covered glades at Auli Mountain Resort.
The idyllic hill station of Auli in India is known for its snowy slopes and offers all the amenities an ideal tourist would want, such as Himalayan Views, Meadows, adventure activities, romantic vistas, cable cars, etc.
Snow-covered peaks and wooden huts make Auli a perfect European village. Located at a height of 2505 meters, it offers a breathtaking view of the crescent Himalayas.

Begin your journey to Rishikesh after your arrival in Delhi.

Continue your journey to Joshimath after arriving at Rishikesh.
Devprayag Sangam should be visited on the way.
Auli’s base camp is Joshimath, which can be reached by evening. Welcome to your hotel. Check in.
Make sure you freshen up before visiting Narsingh Temple.
Stay the night in Joshimath.

Auli is approximately an hour’s drive from the hotel after breakfast.
Take a tour of Auli and enjoy it
The Himalayas can be seen from a cable car ride.
Snow activities are fun.
You can have lunch in Joshimath at 1:00 p.m. after returning to your vehicle.
At 2:00 p.m., depart for Chotta for an overnight stay at Sari (4-5 hrs).

Breakfast at 7 a.m. and start early on the Chopta-Tungnath-Chandrashila trek.
Tungnath trek begins when you reach Chopta.
Tungnath Temple is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world.
You can enjoy panoramic views from Chandrashila Peak by continuing the trek.
Return to Chopta by descending.

During your overnight stay at Sari, you will check-in.

Get up early in the morning at 6:00 a.m.
Start your trek to Deoria Tal from Sari at 7:00 a.m. after breakfast
Arrive back at 9:00 p.m.
After a quick refresh, check out of the hotel at 10:00 a.m. Drive back to Rishikesh (approximately 8-9 hours).
Visit the beautiful temple built on the Alaknanda river during the journey at Dhari Devi temple.

In the evening, arrive at Rishikesh before continuing to Delhi.

Nearest Airport - Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun , is located 24 km away from the city. And daily flight from Delhi to Dehradun.

By Train

Train No-12017 for Dehradun Shatabdi Express. Arrival: 12:50pm; departure: 6:45am

By Road

The regular bus service between Delhi and Dehradun departs from Delhi's (ISBT Kashmere Gate). If you are going to take a bus from (ISBT Kashmere Gate), we suggest you take only government buses. It is not trustworthy to take private buses outside of ISBT. In most cases, buses drop you at Dehradun ISBT. You will need to travel to the Dehradun Station via Ola/Uber Cab, Vikram, Tata Sumo, or similar vehicles at 6:00am.

Best Time / Season To Auli Chopta Trek

In the summer and autumn, the Bali Pass Trek is best undertaken before or after the monsoon. During these periods, there is favorable weather and clear views of the stunning landscape.
